He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Anthony and Viola Anthony (Mitchell); and his brothers, Harold Anthony, Jack Anthony and Mike Anthony.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie Lynette Hahn; his wife Lynette Anthony of Newcastle; his children, Tony Anthony of Iowa, Bryan Hollingshead (Randi) of Oklahoma City, Lisa Parker (Christopher) of Missouri and Kristal Winchester (Fox) of Newcastle; his grandchildren, Jessica Swain of Iowa, Anastasia Tutt of Illinois, Gavin Parker of Italy, Ezra Parker of Missouri, Breyawna Winchester of Newcastle and Brylee Parker of Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Mason, Bruce and Aiden.
