With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Marie Shay of Newcastle, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Martin and Bessie Allensworth Martin; her husband Kenneth Shay; her son Larry Wayne Shay; and her brothers, Leon Martin and Roy Dale Martin.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Dean Shay; her grandchildren, Brian Wayne Shay, Shyla Shay Chappell (Chase), Kylee and Logan (Lydia); her brothers, Devohn Martin (Doris) and Ray Martin; her siblings-in-law, Gene Smith, Doris Martin and Judy Martin; her sisters, Ethel Martin, Ola Mae Vickery and Mary Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Martin, Berniece Dabney, Lloyd Dean Vickery, Ronald Shay, Glenn Shay, Desmond Shay and Vernon Shay. She is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
