She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Puffenbarger and Glenna Puffenbarger (Smith); and her brother Thurman. She is survived by: her children, Scott Parrish of Norman, Amy Hall of Newcastle and Krista Camulglia (Chris) of Raleigh, NC; her siblings, Kenneth Puffenbarger of Sugar Grove, WV, Jimmy Puffenbarger of Rising Sun, MD, Bobby Puffenbarger of Sugar Grove, WV and Loretha Bland of Harrisonburg, VA; and her grandchildren, Timothy, Mary, William, Erika, Jakob and Luca.
