He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Thelbert Sykes and Joan Arlin Sykes (Flynn); his wife Deborah Sykes; his brother Gary Sykes; his children, Tricha Stevens, Don Sykes (Nicole) and Lee Sykes; and his brothers, David Sykes, Ronald Sykes and Barry Sykes. He was also cherished by grandchildren, and a few great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
