She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Cardin Lindley and Beulah Head Lindley; her daughter Patricia Anne Stello; her stepdaughter Julia Morrison; her sister Martha Mae Speelmon; her former husband William Smith, Jr.; her husband James Martell Puckett, Sr.; and her son William Lindley Smith. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and even great-grandchildren.
