He was predeceased by: his parents, George Luttrell and Hazel Luttrell (Eager); his wife Oreta; and his brother George (Lloyd Burkett). He is survived by: his son Chuck (Cheryl) of Chico, California.; his grandchildren, Audrey Kendall (Christian) of Little Rock, Emily Kyle (Richard) of Fort Mill, Chris Luttrell (Kayla) of San Franciso, Patrick Luttrell (Sydney) of Chico and Jameson Luttrell of Chico; his great grandchildren, Nora Toby, Emily, Luke and Eli; and his niece Pam Thomas (Mike) of Oklahoma City.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139).
