He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Collins (Craig Swartzlander) of Aliquippa; his granddaughter Kaylee Collins of Aliquippa; his sister Linda Collins-Hoyt (Guy Hoyt) of Tucson; and his nephew Chris Glass (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
