He was predeceased by: his parents, Shank Sudduth and Dolly Vialtia Sudduth (Holt); and his siblings, Jack, Orville, Mary, Marguerite, Pat and Mildred.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sudduth; his children, Sheri Andrews of Oklahoma City, Duane Sudduth of McLoud and Josh Sudduth of Newalla, Oklahoma.; and his brothers, Jerry Sudduth of McLoud, OK and Lee Sudduth of Hartshorne, OK. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and several more loving family members and friends.
