He is survived by: his children, Lance Phillips (Jody) of Oklahoma City and Brandy Burns (Cory) of Newalla; his siblings, Guy Phillips (Shirley), Lela Wheeler of Eufaula, Shirley Burwell of Eufaula and Toy Henry of Eufaula; and his grandchildren, Easton Burns, Taelyn Burns, Nathaniel Phillips and Madeleine Phillips.
