He is survived by: his mother Terri Springer (Bezdek-Nation) of Choctaw, Oklahoma; his wife Brittany Springer; his children, Chad Allen Springer Jr. and Riley Jo Springer; his sister Andrea Holland (Stuart) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his stepfathers, Donnie Springer of Clayton, Chris Bladesdale of Reno and Frank Ankney; his parents-in-law, Mike and Angela Rowe; and his brother-in-law Justin Rowe (Carli) of Moore, Oklahoma. He is also survived by close friends who Chad considered brothers.
