He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Alvin Wilkins and Elizabeth Amanda Wilkins (McCarter); and his brother Neil A. Wilkins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann of Nash; his children, John Milton Wilkins, Jr. (Lisa Montgomery) of Dallas, Texas, William McCarter Wilkins (Lori) and Mary Elizabeth Vernon (Rick Vernon) of Altus, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Tyson Mark Vernon and Gwyneth KayAnn Wilkins. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nash Christian Church, the Nash Volunteer Firefighters Association, and the OMRF, Alzheimer Division with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
