He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Windford and Nellie R. Stephens, Sr. (Bennett); his wife Coleta Faye (Cotten); and his siblings, J. T. Stephens, Allen Sinclair, Marion Sinclair, Lorene Stephens, Ione Stephens-Beall, Alice Stephens Shaw, Rachel Sinclair Recker and Grace Sinclair Simmons.
He is survived by: his sons, Stanley Jay Stephens (Jacque) of Mustang and Tony Ray Stephens (Melanie) of Pagosa Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Daniel, Patricia Stephens of Del City, Becca, Adam Postma of Boston, MA, Eli and Sammie Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Micah, Ezekiel and Hadassah.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the McNeil's Funeral Service (525 W State Hwy 152, Mustang, OK 73064).
