She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Lewellen and Joilet Lewellen (Clyde Huffman). She is survived by: her siblings, Jodel and Sharon Dupler; her nieces and nephews, Tim, Jerry, Reid Lewellen, Daleen and Quinna Dupler; her stepson Steve; her granddaughters, Elisabeth and Emily Huffman; and her great-nephew Tommy Carlile.
In lieu of flowers, Teela requested donations be made to Chisholm Heights Baptist Church or the Diabetes Foundation.
