It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Willoughby (Mustang, Oklahoma), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Willoughby and Geneva Willoughby (Conklin); and his siblings, Sylvia Tuley and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Melanie (Hamilton); his children, Michelle LaFluer (Bruce), Penny Willoughby (Pete Mahan), David Willoughby (Catherine) and Bryan Willoughby (Victoria); his grandchildren, Brandon, Michael, Peyton, Isaac, BryAnna, Olivia, Parker, Isabella, Sebastian, Steven, Sarah, Alycia, Deon, William, Samuel and Gabriella; his siblings, Stan (Teresa), Linda Peters and Mary Gulling (Jack Cooper); and his brother-in-law Tim Tuley.
