She is survived by: her husband Wayne Foster Creekmore; her children, LaHonda Lerma (Frankie) of Mustang and Timothy Creekmore of Mustang; her grandchildren, Ryan Lerma (Brooke) of Mustang, Brandi Sickler of Yukon, Dustin Lerma (Nichole) of Yukon and Kevin Creekmore of Mustang; her great grandchildren, Rylan Lerma, Braylin Lerma, Braxton Sickler and Austin Sickler; and her sister Johnna Gentry (Edward) of Purcell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nephews and a great-great niece and nephew.
