He is survived by: his wife Rebecca (Miller); his daughters, Pippa Maddox (Robert Underwood), Mia Hartsuyker (Bill) and Tia Justice (Donald); and his siblings, Rufus Maddox (Lorene), Samantha Akers, Cherry Harlin and Elsie Binderin (Dwayne). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
