He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Leon Ainsworth; and his daughter-in-law Samantha Ainsworth. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ann Webster Ainsworth of Oklahoma City; his children, Andrew Ainsworth (Wendi) of Minneapolis, Chase Ainsworth of Oklahoma City and Juliana Tennery of Chicago; his grandchildren, Jonas, Evalyn, Anastasia and Simon; his mother Joyce Ainsworth (Donaldson) of Mustang; and his brothers, Steve (Marjorie Ainsworth) of Oklahoma City and Jay (Danielle) of Mustang. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
