He is survived by: his mother Alicia Ann Henry (Malicoat) of Bridge Creek; his sister Lisa Heikes (Ron) of Bridge Creek; his nieces and nephews, Chris Heikes of Oklahoma City, Valorie Neumeyer (Scott) of Oklahoma City, April Holliday (Joe) of Yukon, Rachel Heikes, Jason Walker of Bridge Creek and David Morgan (Diamond) of Bridge Creek; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amelia, Avery, Ashton, Aleah, Braeden, Zane, Jaden, Elowyn and Alex.
