He is survived by: his wife Dana Hart; his daughters, Angela Miller and Amanda Kolke-Hillman; his siblings, Dennis Kolke and Karen Sawyer; and his grandchildren, Adelle Miller, Jeremiah Miller, Annabell Miller, Jacob Miller, Keagan Hillman, Amelia Hillman, Allie Miller, Joseph Kolke Miller, Judah Miller, Alizabeth Miller and Alivia Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many beloved friends.
