She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Mauldin and Adda Mauldin (Lancaster); her stepfather Alva Bortz; and her husband Lee Holley. She is survived by: her daughters, Tamara Denise and Tammy Bales; her son-in-law Brian of Mustang; her granddaughter Lindsey Breeding; her grandson-in-law Greg; her great grandchild Carter Pittman of Ft. Gibson; and her sister Beverly Huston (Fred) of Edmond. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to Russell Murray Hospice, a non-profit organization which helps everyone regardless if they can pay or not, or Alzheimer's Association to help fight this disease.
