With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Michael Kelly (Mustang, Oklahoma), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Raymond and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Michele Waggoner (Keith) of Yukon and Debbie K. Pettit (Scott) of Austin, TX; his brother Michael Kelly (Kathy) of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Kristine (Michael), Miranda (Brandon) and Dane; and his great grandchildren, Spencer, Simon and Wayde.
