She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carter and Hazel Carter (Rhodes); and her grandparents, Wayne and Eva Brewer. She is survived by: her husband Wally; her children, Shelly Schwalbach (Richard) and Derek See (Cathy Jo); her grandchildren, Brandon Schwalbach (Christy), Matthew Schwalbach, Vincent Marcelino (Temara), Danielle Benefield (Taylor), Jordan Greenspan (Bonnie), Olivia See and Sophia See; and her sister Judith Giles (Phillip). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
