Ollie Joyce Johnson Obituary
Ollie Joyce Johnson peacefully answered her name being called to Heaven on Friday after a tenacious battle with multiple myeloma. Ollie was a pillar of faith, friendship and love to many and filled tremendous space in many hearts.
Ollie was born in Lone Grove, Oklahoma and graduated from Capitol Hill High School.
Ollie lived a life full of faith and family. Alongside her husband, Bob Johnson, they traveled far and wide on countless mission trips building and restoring churches. While home, Ollie completed Clerical work for AT&T Technologies. Together they enjoyed many adventures in Albuquerque, New Mexico before returning home to Oklahoma City.
Ollie was one of seven children, daughter of Telbert and Ollie Gothard. Ollie is survived by three children; Nancy Jones (Allen) of Houston, Becci Kruger (Kenny) of Mesquite and Jeff Hanna (Deanna) of Mustang. Six grandchildren; Jessica, Steffanie, Travis, Molly, Emily and Kaci. Six great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 2-6pm and a funeral service on Monday, November 20 at 10am at McNeil's Funeral Home, 525 W State Hwy 152 in Mustang. Burial to follow at Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd in Elgin.
