She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford "Paul" Shaffer and Bernice Shaffer (Radabaugh); her daughter Crystal Renee Payne; and her nephew Gary Robinson. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Payne; her sister Judi; her children, Michael Payne (Nicole) of Mustang and Lori Reeves (Chris) of Little Elm, TX; her siblings, Paul Shaffer, Jr. (Carolyn) and Judith Combs (John); her grandchildren, Cody Reeves (Meagan), Destiny Sanderson (Nathan), Dalton Reeves, Derek Newell (Devyn), Aubrey Payne (Logan Sellers), Ethan Rush, Garrett Payne, Bradyn Reeves, Cooper Reeves and Braxon Payne; and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Tobias, Adelynne Sanderson, Ryker, Navey Newell and Colton Reeves. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Mustang United Methodist Church or New Beginnings Family Church of Mustang in her memory.
