He was predeceased by: his father Richard Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Carla Withrow; his son Blaise Withrow; his mother Rita Withrow; his siblings, Kevin Withrow (Jenny) and Dawn Spitler; his nephews, Kasey Kyles, Tye Kyles, Bryon Withrow and Zach Withrow; and his niece Jessie Withrow.
In lieu of flowers Mark would prefer donations be made to his only son for funeral costs.
