He is survived by: his daughter Linda Blackburn of Yukon, OK; his grandson Matthew Scott Blackburn (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Marie Blackburn and Makenzie Skye Blackburn of Bridge Creek, OK.; and his significant other Connie Lane.
