He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Samuels and Deborah Samuels (Pape); and his grandparents, Walter, Marjorie Pape, Woodson and Birdie Samuels.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Alexander Samuels, Robby Keesee, Brittaney Keesee (Tommy Tucker), Sydney Howard (Colton Fiddler), Shyanne Howard, Shelby Howard and Stacey Painter (Zacharia Rheam); his grandchildren, Kaden, Kinslee, Ryder, Alexander, Kaisley, Paisley, Atlas, Preslynn, Kinley and Paxton; his siblings, Jeremy Samuels (Sunny), James Samuels and Beverly Drake (David); his aunt Kim Warren (Bobby); his uncle Gene Pape (Teresa); his great-aunt Janet Bahr; and his nieces and nephews, Liberty, Justyce, Autumn, Jeremy, Athena, Nathan and Jared.
