He was predeceased by: his father Benny Ray; and his brother Kenny. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Loyce Hicks (Shaw); his wife Stacie Davidson; his children, Josh Trail, Alisha Brown and Rachael Raley; his sister Chandra Robertson (Hicks); his niece Victoria Pierce; his nephew Tanner Robertson; and his grandchildren, Jonah Trail, Caitlyn Trail, Addison Brown, Aage Brown, Arie Brown, Tyler Raley, Abree Raley, Lexi Porter, Lillie Raley and Ryder Raley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Kerry Hicks Memorial with the funeral home acting as custodians of the funds.
