He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Dewey Elliott and Uva Ursa Renner; and his siblings, Rex Elliott, Cynthia Smith and Helen Laughlin (Jim).
He is survived by: his significant other JoAnn Carlile; his daughters, Melodee Ann of Pasadena, California and Johnna Kay (Randy McCarthy) of Mustang, Oklahoma; his brother Jerome Elliott (Iva Lee) of Edmond, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Katherine and Kevin McCarthy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
