He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe David Longan Sr. and Lorraine Longan (Howard); his daughters, Melissa Brandon and Trudy Watters; his brothers, Micky Longan and Lonnie Longan; and his great grandchild Daiden Watters.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandy; his former wife Sandy Longan; his grandchildren, Ryan Brandon (Alison), Ashlee Turner (Billy), David Watters (Cayla) and Trai Watters (Natalie); and his sons-in-law, Danny Watters and Todd Brandon. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
