He is survived by: his wife Mary Madrid; his children, Lavonne Maehs, Jimmie Davis (Sandy) and Yvette Onkst (Johnny); his grandchildren, Ryan (Samantha), Jared, Jessica and Gunner; and his great grandchildren, David, Eli and Renee.
