With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Arlene (Hawkins) Bowman (Mustang, Oklahoma), born in Blackwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 19, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Logan Hawkins and Mary Viola Dobbs Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Clay Bowman (Elayne), Randel Bowman (Deidra) and Paula Cantrell-Benham (Billy); her sisters, Nancy Simmons and Carolyn Fix (Bill); and her friend Phil Bowman. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She loved family gatherings and was quite distressed at all of the parties she missed during the COVID pandemic.
