She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvel Matlock and Peggy Matlock; and her brother A. D. Matlock. She is survived by: her husband Ray Duncan; her son Doug (Karalisa); her grandchildren, Taylor Grider (Chance) and Clint Duncan (Madison); her great grandchild Knox Grider; and her sisters, Gwen Scott (Rue), Gale Holman (Allison) and Darlene Owen (Terry). She is also survived by her son and his wife, her grandchildren.
Jacquie's request had been that in lieu of flowers, donations could be made to the Mission's Fund at First Baptist Church, Mustang, OK.
