With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gleynis Marie Edwards of Mustang, Oklahoma, born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Linn Elgard and Nora Elgard; and her sister LaDonna Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Samuel T. Edwards; her son James R. Edwards (Erica) of Sequim, WA; her grandchildren, Madison, Emma Edwards of Sequim, WA, Taylor (Dena Edwards) of Houston, TX and Amanda (Mike); her great grandchildren, Jude of Baytown, TX and Nora Harper of Baytown, TX; her granddaughter Elizabeth Edwards of League City, TX; her daughter Jennifer L. Wright (Shawn) of Weatherford, OK; her grandchild Zac Wright (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Klay and Adelynn of Yukon, OK; her grandchildren, Emily Lawrence (Colton) of Fairview, OK, Luke Wright of Fairview, OK and Lance Wright (Zoe) of Weatherford, OK; and her sister Linda Mahoney of Midwest City, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
