He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwyn Earl and Treva June Partin (Terhune); his grandparents, Floyd Elwyn and Julia Isabel; his wife Marla Sue (Smith); his children, Whitney June Homer (Jared), Dr. Travis Elwyn (Myranda), Cassandra Kay Branch (Lee) and Robert Connor; his grandchildren, Tatum Glenn Homer, Jett Anthony Homer, Barrett Smith Homer, Marlie June Homer, Tess Rachel Partin and Beau Glenn Branch; his siblings, Phil Partin (Rachel) and Traci Partin; his niece Brittany Stevens; and his nephew Tyler Partin. He was also cherished by extended family, church family, friends.
