She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Janey Elizabeth Westerman; her siblings, Virginia Westerman Bishop and Wilburn Westerman; her husband Royce W. Garsee; her children, Michael (Nieves Rick) and Tonya (Henry Dalton); her sister Betty Sue; her mother-in-law Agnes Garsee; and her parent William Westerman.
