He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira C. Welch and Eureka Thornton Welch. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. McKinney Welch of Mustang; his son Douglas R. Welch (Sandi); his grandchildren, Shealyn and Devyn; his children, Jonny Ann Welch Cooper (Bryan) and David Welch; and also, Darrell and Charlene Halverson.
