He is survived by: his wife Jerry Ann; his children, Kristina Ann Scott (Jeremy) of Gracemont, OK, Melissa Lee Smith (Marcus) of Oklahoma City and John Charles Asper of Mustang; his grandchildren, Hayden and Heath; and his sister Sylvia.
