He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Dea and Lela Mae Woodard (Warren); and his brother Jimmy Woodard. He is survived by: his spouse Jane Nelson Woodard; his sons, Jeff Woodard (Karen), Chris Woodard (Shawnna) and Ryan Woodard (Stefanie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Parkerson (Cory), Wade Woodard (Jordan), Case Woodard, Clay Woodard, Emma Woodard and Cole Woodard; and his siblings, Richard Woodard (Eddie Joyce), Billy Woodard (Josie), Joyce Majors and Jan Woodard.
