He was predeceased by: his wife Fran Crutcher. He is survived by: his sons, Chris and Charles; and his siblings, Bill (Linda) and Mary (Woody). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a veterans' organization in his memory.
