He is survived by: his wife Gloria Stewart; his children, Paula McCullough-Broussard (Joe) of Choctaw and John McCullough (Kathi) of Mustang; his grandchildren, Casey McCullough and Kayley Smith (James); and his siblings, Lydell McCullough of Elk City and DelWanda Miller of Fort Cobb.
