He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Penick and Bonnie Penick (Collins); and his sister Donna Sue. He is survived by: his wife Cherri (Caldwell); his siblings, Vernon (Jennifer), Doug (Katie) and Delinda Neal; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Penick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
