She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bradley McKinley and Virgie McKinley (Burns); her husband J. W. Garr, Jr.; her son J. W. III (Susan Garr); her siblings, Mildred Evans, Paul O'Neal (Louise McKinley) and Albert Burns McKinley; and her grandson Jason Allen Garr.
She is survived by: her son Bradley Dean (Cathy Garr). She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren.
