He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Cecil and Lucille Ellen Fleming. He is survived by: his siblings, Marvin of Colorado, Martin of Muskogee, Lewis (Pam) of Muskogee, Morgan (Pam) of Muskogee and Maxine (David) of Muskogee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
