He is survived by: his children, Doug (Karen Blackburn) of Cassville, MO and Renee (Mike Mounce) of Springdale, AR; his granddaughters, Amber Sims (Mike), Samantha Romero (Tony), Brittney Little (Reid) and Jennifer Henbest (Jordan); and his nephew John Blackburn (Holly). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
