He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Moore and Betty Jo Risenhoover; his wife Phyllis Moore; his brother Michael Moore; and his pet Brady.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Craig George (Madison) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Chase George of Tulsa; his brother John Patrick Moore (Debbie); his daughter Ashley Karr of Jenks, Oklahoma; his nephews, Matt Moore and Nick Moore of Muskogee; and his niece Mallory Martinez of Hendersonville, Tennessee. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
