He is survived by: his sons, Brian Slader (Jennifer) of Muskogee, Dennis Slader (Chelise) of Muskogee and John "John Boy" Richerson of Muskogee; his grandchildren, Kyle Slader (Kendra Richards) of Salina, Brittany Stevenson (Heath) of Justin, Brodey Slader of Muskogee, Blake Miller of Muskogee and Cole Carpenter (Koie Nail) of Muskogee; his great grandchildren, Landen Loftin of Justin, Texas, Kameron Loftin of Justin, Texas, Emerson Stevenson of Justin, Texas and Reagan Stevenson of Justin, Texas; his brother Richard Slader (Janie) of Fort Gibson; his stepbrother Jerry Lee Livingston of Checotah; his close friend Patty Evans; his grandchildren, Taitum McElvany and Timber McElvany; and also, Travis Evans (Lori) and Torri McElvany.
