He is survived by: his wife Lillian Louise Lofgren; his son Roger Bell (Tammy) of Muskogee; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Bell of Meeker; his grandchildren, Rachel Holley (Zachery), Hayley Bell, Russell Bell and Trace Bell; and his great grandchild Mia Holley.
