It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann O'Neal of Muskogee, Oklahoma, born in Hominy, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Jake and Loretha Minerva Neal (Moritzky); and her husband James Robert O'Neal, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James R. O'Neal, Jr. of Kentucky and Tracy O'Neal of Muskogee, OK; her grandchildren, Dustin O'Neal (Ashley) of Kentucky, Colton O'Neal (Jenna) of Kentucky, Breanne O'Neal of Kentucky and Bryce Murphy of Muskogee, OK; her great grandchildren, Sebastian of Kentucky, Jeremiah of Kentucky and Ayden of Kentucky; and her brothers, Walter Neal (Dolly) of Cross Plains, TN and Robert Neal (Teresa) of Del City, OK.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434). A committal service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:30 PM at 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434.
