It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Rae Cole of Muskogee, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Bland Phelps and Ruth Gertrude Phelps (Ashwood); her husband Ken Cole; her son Jim Cole; her in-laws, Lee and Gladys Cole; and her siblings, Richard Phelps, Wanda Paull, Dorothy Stone and Chloe French.

She is survived by: her children, Diana Mann (David), Cindy Cole and Kenny Cole; her grandchildren, Colby Cole (Lisa), Stacia Thomas (Clayton), Jeremy Cole (Blanca), Dylan Cole (Emily) and Taylor Moody; her great grandchild Cali Wallis; her grandchildren, Camdyn, Cayden, Carly Thomas, Maverick, Whitlee, Maylee Cole, Camron and Sarhayia Thomas; and her sister Mary Welch.
